The problem

Connect CRM logic to outbound

ServicePower already had useful segmentation in Salesforce. The challenge was turning it into repeatable prospecting and campaigns.

Why segmentation alone wasn’t enough

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) segments held useful commercial context, but they didn’t become campaign logic on their own.
  • Product fit had to be written as explicit prospecting and outreach rules.
  • Outbound had to work as part of the existing sales system instead of a separate data island.

What we built

Salesforce segments that drive campaigns

  1. SalesforceStart from existing account and segment data.Define
  2. Fit logicTurn product relevance into campaign rules.Qualify
  3. ResearchFill the prospect and company fields campaigns need.Contact
  4. CampaignsRoute each prospect to the right outbound campaign.Launch
  5. Sales handoffKeep context flowing between outbound and Salesforce.Launch

Built with Salesforce segmentation, product-fit logic, research and enrichment, and campaign activation. The right-hand labels are the five system stages.

Result

1,218 prospects across 4 campaigns

  • Salesforce segments became an input to repeatable campaigns instead of static labels.
  • Product-fit logic became part of the prospecting workflow.
  • Sales context stayed connected to outbound.
Outbound works best as an extension of a company’s existing customer and product logic.
